We deliver the packets to you through our shipping partners such as EMS, DHL, GLS, DPD, Royal Mail etc. All are renowned and trustable delivery agencies. However there are times when the delivery condition is not favorable and the packet gets delayed. Some of the external factors due to which the packets get delayed are natural calamity, Pandemic, parcel lost in transition etc. It is good to read and know about our Delivery policy.
- The parcel is always sent through our delivery channel partner and a tracking number is given to you. However we are not responsible for any delay happens due to factors which are not under our control.
- The packing is done within 24 hours-48 hours of receipt of payment. The maximum turnaround time for reaching the goods to you is 20 business working days. The average time is 7 business working days. However the delay may happen due to external factors which are not under the control of Real Cenforce.
- Delivery to islands or remote places is bit difficult and in case the delivery service is not there in your area, you will have to provide us with some alternate address.
- Delivery will happen to the address mentioned in the order. In case of any change it has to be notified to us within 12 hrs of placing the order. Once the packet is sent, the address cannot be changed.
- Kindly track the parcel on the weblink provided to you after placing the order. Someone must be available at the location for receiving the parcel. We are not responsible for the undelivered packet in case someone is not available for parcel collection.
- Delivery only happens on working days. You may coordinate with courier agency directly for coordination to get parcel on weekends.
- Choose your delivery option correctly while placing the order. Once the money is paid, delivery option cannot be changed.
